Here at Pet Supply Warehouse, we're proud to have a very open return policy. If something you purchased from us doesn't work or your pet has no interest in it, then you are more than welcome to bring it back to us in its original packaging and with your receipt. While this policy extends to nearly all of our products, there are a handful of items we cannot allow returns for, including:
Opened/Used Flea/Tick Drops and Collars
Clearance Items
Opened Wet Food Items (cans, pouches, etc.)
Chewed or Soiled Toys, Leashes, Collars, Clothing, Beds, Cat Litter Boxes (unless specifically guaranteed)
Product not in its original packaging
When returning an item with us please bring your receipt in with you, as you will be refunded according to whichever way you originally paid for the item. If you have lost your receipt we will be more than happy to issue you a store credit for your return.
